Qualifications

• Some culinary or kitchen experience preferred, with basic knife and prep skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and established recipes accurately.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to food safety, sanitation, and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Enthusiasm for ingredient preparation and supporting the culinary team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, measuring, and assembling items according to recipes
• Maintain a clean, organized prep area and follow all kitchen policies, procedures, and food safety guidelines
• Label, date, and properly store prepared items to ensure freshness and quality
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist cooks and chefs during busy service periods to support smooth operations
• Receive deliveries, verifying ingredient quality, quantity, and accuracy
• Provide timely, high-quality preparation of items to support an exceptional guest experience
