Job summary

The Global Ambassador Hotel in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an experienced cook to join our team. You will prepare and present high-quality dishes reflecting our commitment to culinary excellence, maintain a polished kitchen, and support the Executive Chef.

This role requires at least 2 years of kitchen experience, strong knowledge of food safety, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure during busy service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a cook.
• Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and professional kitchen practices.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary leadership to execute menus with consistency and care.

• Assist with daily prep, ingredient handling, and deliveries to support smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with front-of-house and management to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Support the culinary team during high-volume service while maintaining attention to detail.
