Pine Hall, the Detroit outpost of Union Square Hospitality Group, is seeking a Line Cook to join a kitchen that values Enlightened Hospitality and teamwork. You’ll work on a station, learn from seasoned chefs, and contribute to a dining experience rooted in Michigan flavors and local ingredients.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a Line Cook position at a full-service restaurant or similar
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• English fluency preferred, additional languages a plus

Responsabilités

• Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality
• Display knowledge of all ingredients and preparation used on the menu
• Ensure station mise en place is prepped, seasoned, and stocked during service
• Participate in a professionally run service, ensuring cooking, timing, plate assembly and communication are top-notch
• Maintain calm focus while taking direction from expediters and culinary leaders
• Promote teamwork and excellence within the kitchen team
• Show eagerness to refine techniques and grow professionally
