Qualifications

• Experience in a prep position is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time.
• English fluency and additional languages are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Consistently support Enlightened Hospitality in daily prep.
• Display working knowledge of basic food preparation and kitchen equipment use.
• Execute all prep assignments efficiently and with excellence.
• Keep prep station clean and organized at all times.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and foster teamwork.
• Be eager to refine techniques and grow professionally.
