Located in the new expansion of Westfield Topanga, Topanga Social offers a vibrant space in Los Angeles where the Valley comes together to eat, drink, play, and shop.

Topanga Social features over 50,000 square feet of flexible space with indoor and outdoor options, including bars and lounges. It hosts a variety of eateries, from celebrity chef-run outlets to quieter spots, with 24 food outlets catering to diverse tastes.

Position

The Line Cook prepares food to ensure proper flavor and presentation, complying with all relevant standards and regulations.

Reports To

Lead Line Cooks, Culinary Supervisors, Sous Chefs, and the Executive Chef.

Essential Functions

• Prepare high-quality food according to recipes and schedules.
• Serve meals with correct portioning and at the right temperature.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist in planning, record-keeping, and reporting.
• Report maintenance needs or safety concerns immediately.
• Attend safety and training meetings.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
