Located in the new expansion of Westfield Topanga, Topanga Social offers a vibrant space for eating, drinking, playing, and shopping in Los Angeles.

Topanga Social features over 50,000 square feet of flexible space with indoor and outdoor options, including bars, lounges, and a diverse collection of eateries curated to appeal to all tastes.

Position

The Line Cook prepares food to ensure it is properly flavored and meets all standards and regulations. Reports to Lead Line Cooks, Culinary Supervisors, Sous Chefs, and the Executive Chef.

Essential Functions
  • Prepare high-quality food according to recipes and standards.
  • Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
  • Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting.
  • Report maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
  • Attend safety and in-service meetings.
  • Maintain good relationships with coworkers and management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
