Located in the vibrant new expansion of Westfield Topanga, Topanga Social offers a dynamic space in Los Angeles where the Valley comes together to eat, drink, play, and shop. Covering over 50,000 square feet, it features various eateries, bars, lounges, and spaces for socializing and meetings, catering to diverse tastes and preferences.

Position

The Line Cook prepares food to ensure it meets quality standards and complies with all safety and health regulations. Reports to Lead Line Cooks, Culinary Supervisors, Sous Chefs, and the Executive Chef.

Essential Functions
  • Prepare high-quality food according to recipes and standards.
  • Serve meals with proper portioning, temperature, and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment properly.
  • Assist with production planning and record keeping.
  • Report maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
  • Participate in safety meetings and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and management.
