• Kitchen Ownership: Manage supplies and equipment while minimizing waste; report unsafe equipment or low supplies to management.
• Safety & Hygiene: Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and exceed local cleanliness/hygiene laws.
• Teamwork: Assist with washing up, kitchen duties, and ad-hoc tasks; provide guest assistance as needed.
• Professionalism: Wear your uniform with pride and maintain high standards.
