Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years related hospitality or food service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a courteous, professional demeanor at all times.
• Coordinate with teammates and other departments to ensure smooth service.
• Prepare and manage your station before each service.
• Ensure supplies are stocked and organized for your shift.
• Handle food prep (chopping, portioning, sauce preparation).
• Ensure timely delivery of items from your station to the line.
• Monitor quality and sanitation standards across your station.
• Assist with training junior cooks and maintaining pars.
