Cooper's Hawk Winery is hiring a line cook to help craft memorable dining experiences. You will set up your station, follow recipes precisely, manage portions, and present dishes with care in a fast-paced kitchen.

We value strong knife skills, multitasking, and a team-first attitude, with the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work on weekends or holidays. English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months line cook experience in upscale casual settings.
• Strong knife skills and basic cooking knowledge.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Team-first attitude and passion for high-quality food.
• Able to stand, move for long periods, lift 50 pounds, and work weekends/holidays.
• Ability to read, understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up station for success and maintain smooth kitchen operation during shifts.
• Follow recipes, control portions, and ensure consistent plating and presentation.
• Use KDS system to manage cook times while multitasking multiple dishes.
