Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking a Line Cook who helps craft unforgettable experiences one plate at a time. You’ll prepare dishes, follow recipes, manage portions, and keep a clean, efficient kitchen using the KDS system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months line cook experience in upscale casual restaurants or similar.
• Strong knife skills and basic cooking knowledge.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Team-first attitude and passion for high quality food.
• Able to stand and move for long periods, lift 50 pounds, and work weekends/holidays.
• Ability to read, understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Properly use the KDS system to manage cook times, while preparing several dishes at a time.
