Bottleworks Hotel, part of Geronimo Hospitality Group, is seeking a Line Cook in Indianapolis. You will prepare and cook menu items, collaborate with the Chef to ensure plate consistency, and help maintain a clean, efficient kitchen to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• At least one year of kitchen experience (preferred but not required).
• Basic math skills including addition and subtraction.
• Strong customer service and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with Chef to ensure consistency of plates.
• Maintain clean and organized workstation.
• Assist with restocking and deliveries as needed.
• Adhere to safety and kitchen procedures.
