Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati is seeking a dedicated cook to support high-volume kitchen operations. Under the Sous Chef, you will prepare foods listed on menus for grilling, frying, broiling and pantry, ensuring each plate is visually appealing and cooked to customer specifications.

You will work with a team to maintain clean stations, stock ingredients, and assist with line operations across varying shifts in a dynamic casino setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience as a Cook Trainee or line cook.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per regulations.
• Stand up to 50 pounds, frequent movement in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods for grilling, frying, broiling, or pantry, ensuring plates meet customer specs.
• Provide superior service and maintain aesthetically appealing plates.
• Keep workstation clean and organized; stock and retrieve food items as needed.
• Assist teammates to ensure efficient kitchen operations; adapt to varying shifts.
