You will manage kitchen duties, assist with supplies, and respond to guest inquiries while wearing the uniform with pride. Flexible night, weekend and holiday shifts are part of the role, with hourly pay ranging from $25.00 to $28.00.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
• Strong reading, writing and basic maths skills.
• Flexible: night, weekend and holiday shifts are required.
• Compliant with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol; fluent in local language.
• Articulate with warm, welcoming communication.

• Own your kitchen – manage supplies and equipment; minimise waste.
• Report unsafe equipment, low supplies or safety incidents to supervisor or duty manager.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment to maintain a safe space.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene to meet local laws.
• Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Assist guests with queries or advice to improve their experience.
• Wear your uniform with pride.
• Take on ad-hoc duties when the team needs to pull together.
