Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years experience as an entry-level cook or higher.
• Three (3) years experience in either a free-standing or hotel restaurant kitchen.
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Uphold company principles and collaborate with Culinary leadership to provide guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and execute scratch-made dishes, following recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain an organized work area, proper ingredients, equipment, and workspace.
• Participate in daily lineups and department meetings to share ideas and concerns.
