Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Culinary Arts or Apprenticeship preferred.
• 1+ year experience in a fast-paced, cook-to-order kitchen.
• 1+ year experience with scratch cooking preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English with staff and Residents.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion foods for the line; meats, vegetables, breads, and desserts.
• Maintain quality and quantity control across all items.
• Model professional, courteous, and timely service to Residents and guests.
• Follow recipes and standards under the guidance of the Executive Chef.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
