Job summary

Momofuku Noodle Bar, located in New York, NY, is seeking a Line Cook to join our front lines and execute new menu items with precision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. You will master the stations, contribute to developing dishes, and work closely with both Back of House and Front of House teams.

The role requires at least 1 year of culinary experience or a Culinary Arts degree, strong knife skills, and a passion for great food within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a culinary position or a Culinary Arts degree.
• General knife handling, food safety & sanitation knowledge.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
