Job summary

Momofuku Majordōmo in Los Angeles is seeking a Line Cook to join our front lines, executing recipes and presenting new dishes with precision to meet Momofuku standards. You will master the stations, maintain cleanliness, and support both back and front of house teams.

Responsibilities include menu item execution from start to finish, preparation, butchery, cooking, plating, and helping develop new items. A culinary arts degree and 1+ year experience are preferred; strong teamwork required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a culinary position or a Culinary Arts degree.
• General knife handling and food safety knowledge required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; strong interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute menu items from start to finish, including ingredient prep, butchery, cooking and plating.
• Participate in development of new menu items with the Chef.
• Maintain cleanliness of Back of House areas and equipment.
• Collaborate with Back of House and Front of House teams to ensure smooth service.
• Follow recipes and standard operating procedures to meet Momofuku quality standards.
