Qualifications

• 2+ years' prep or line cook experience.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to follow recipes and portion controls precisely.
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up station according to restaurant guidelines.
• Prepare all food items in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specs.
• Restock items as needed during shift.
• Assist with cleaning and organization of kitchen and storage areas.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by Chef or Kitchen Manager.
