Job summary

The Brass Tap - Corporate Stores in Florida is seeking kitchen team members to prep, cook, and plate menu items according to recipes, while maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will follow food safety guidelines, work weekend and holidays, read tickets and prep sheets in English, operate grill, fryers, oven, and lift up to 60 pounds; paid training and meal perks accompany flexible part-time or full-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older, based on state and local requirement.
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, spec charts in English.
• Able to competently operate grill, fryers, oven and other kitchen equipment.
• Continuous standing, bending and lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling & storage.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
