Job summary

The Brass Tap Inc. in Lakeland, FL is seeking kitchen team members to prep, cook and plate menu items according to recipes and to take pride in food quality while contributing to a positive team culture.

Responsibilities include following food safety guidelines, sanitation procedures, recipe procedures, keeping equipment clean, and completing duties with minimal supervision. Weekend/holiday availability and English reading skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older, based on state and local requirement.
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, spec charts in English.
• Able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven and other kitchen equipment.
• Continuous standing, bending and lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment.
