Job summary

The Brass Tap in Prosper, TX is seeking motivated kitchen team members to prep, cook, and plate menu items with recipe accuracy and pride. You will contribute to food quality and teamwork in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.

Responsibilities include following food safety guidelines, operating grill, fryers, and oven, keeping equipment clean, and completing duties with minimal supervision. A flexible schedule is available, with weekend and holiday shifts encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and eligible to work per state/local rules.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English.
• Able to operate the grill, fryers, oven and other kitchen equipment.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Exposure to heat and kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling & storage.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Follow recipe procedures.
• Keep equipment clean and organized.
• Complete duties without constant supervision.
