L’Auberge Del Mar, operated by Noble House Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Line Cook to craft exceptional dishes for guests in a luxury coastal resort. You will be a core part of the kitchen, planning, prepping and delivering high-quality food for outlets including Adelaide Restaurant and poolside venues.
The role requires 1+ year of culinary experience, solid cooking skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and professionalism.

As a Line Cook you will get the opportunity to create masterpieces for all our guests to enjoy! Our cooks are the heart of our resort, using their skills and expertise to delight our guests with their culinary creations. Our cooks plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for our many outlets, including Adelaide Restaurant, In Room Dining, Living Room Bar and Pool Bar.
