Riviera Golf & Tennis in Los Angeles is seeking a reliable Line Cook to support our Food & Beverage team. Under the Executive Chef, you will prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and consistency for members and guests.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of line cook experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook menu items following recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
• Ensure all food products are of the highest quality and freshness.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently (stoves, ovens, grills, fryers).
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure proper cooking and food safety.
• Inspect food products for freshness and quality before cooking.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and sanitation throughout the cooking process.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Communicate with kitchen staff and management regarding orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures per guidelines.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization in workstations and storage areas.
