Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality, well-sourced foods per standard recipes.
• Manage time and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

• Follow guidelines for guests with dietary restrictions and allergies.
• Ensure adequate staff coverage across stations.
• Assist Pearson's Café during Summer Hospitality events.
