Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen tools and prep techniques.
• Must obtain a valid California Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold menu items, including sandwiches, soups, salads, and brunch items, following recipes and portion standards.
• Complete daily prep efficiently with slicing, mixing, labeling, and station setup.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation meeting CA Health Code and HACCP standards.
• Safely operate kitchen equipment with training and PPE provided.
• Communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors, including shift updates via Slack.
