Qualifications

• Minimum one year hospitality or restaurant food service experience.
• Must be able to read tickets.
• Read, write, and verbally communicate effectively with guests and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare meals for hotel restaurant and catering functions following safety guidelines.
• Understand food cost and portion control while maintaining quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and restaurant areas.
• Accommodate guests’ special requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and receiving of Food & Beverage items as directed.
• Coordinate with Sales Department for catering reservations and menu planning.
