Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in restaurant or culinary role in a high-volume, full-service setting.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Food Handler Certification (if applicable).
• Proficient knife skills and safe kitchen equipment use.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with teammates and guests.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent quality and presentation of all food to guests promptly.
• Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food at line stations.
• Follow standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules.
• Ensure sanitation and health regulations are followed.
• Maintain a clean workstation and assist in daily cleaning.
• Communicate maintenance or repairs needs to the Executive Chef.
• Adhere to policies and restaurant rules.
