Testarossa Vineyards, LLC seeks a part-time Line Cook for 12–24+ hours per week at 107 Bistro & Wine Bar, located on the Testarossa Winery grounds in Los Gatos. You’ll prepare salads, entrees, desserts and appetizers under the Executive Chef’s design.

Shifts are daytime Thu–Sun with 6–8 hour periods; 2 days/week minimum and weekend availability required. Strong teamwork and safe knife skills are essential to succeed in this lively kitchen.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of kitchen experience or equivalent culinary education
• ServSafe and/or California Food Handlers Certification
• Safe knife skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team, be proactive, have a sense of urgency, a positive attitude and effective communication

Responsabilités

• Prepare salads, entrees, appetizers and desserts as designed by the Executive Chef
• Plate menu items and assist with catering tasks
• Set up, break down and clean work areas and transport food as needed
• Organize, rotate and assess inventory of food storage areas
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
