Qualifications

• 1+ year of kitchen experience or equivalent culinary education.
• ServSafe and/or California Food Handlers Certification.
• Ability to adjust and modify recipe quantity.
• Safe knife skills and kitchen sanitation knowledge.
• Able to work effectively in a team with urgency and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepping and cooking menu items according to instruction from executive and sous chefs.
• Labeling, stocking, and organizing ingredients per sanitation guidelines.
• Managing ingredients and inventory; reporting to executive and sous chefs.
• Support in events line execution, wine bar food prep, pastry/baking prep, and porter.
