Job summary

Troon, a global leader in golf and community management, is seeking a full-time Line Cook for the Ivins, UT course restaurants. You will assist the Chef/Kitchen Manager with daily prep, maintain sanitary standards, and ensure quality across all outlets on the property.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well in a team, and follow directions. Benefits include healthcare, retirement options, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in safe working conditions and sanitation.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen and in a team.
• Willing to take direction from supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served.
• Assist Chef/Kitchen Manager with set-up and preparation for all outlets.
• Follow standard recipes and maintain sanitation and cleanliness.
• Conduct monthly food/supplies inventory with Chef/Kitchen Manager.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment properly.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation duties for prep and storage areas.
• Sort, rinse, and transport dishes; support service across outlets.
• Assist with receiving and storage of products; comply with Health regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
