Job summary

Tex Tubbs Taco Palace in Madison, WI is seeking a Line Cook for the second shift on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have professional kitchen experience and be able to work the hot line and grill to the chef’s specifications.

You will prepare ingredients, assemble dishes, and maintain line station cleanliness while collaborating with the kitchen team. This role requires reliability, a flexible schedule, and knowledge of cooking methods and equipment.

Qualifications

• Professional kitchen experience, including working a hot line and grill is required.
• Experience in full service restaurant is desired.
