Food Fight Restaurant Group is hiring a Line Cook for Tex Tubbs Taco Palace in Madison, WI. This part-time, second-shift position requires precise cooking to Chef’s specifications and collaboration with the kitchen team to prepare high-quality menu items.

Responsibilities include chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and making sauces. We value experience in fast-paced, full-service restaurants and flexibility in scheduling to support restaurant operations.

About Position

The Line Cook prepares food to the exact Chef’s specifications. The Line cook position is responsible for preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces). The Line Cook assists with menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
