Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Food preparation experience is required.
• ServSafe Manager certification and Allergen Awareness certification (required) or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food according to approved menus, recipes, and portion standards.
• Supports timely production and service of all scheduled meals.
• Maintains food quality, temperature, and presentation.
• Assists with meal setup, service, and breakdown.
• Performs dishwashing and maintains cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas.
