Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a morning cook to join our hospital kitchen team in Boston. This role requires preparing, portioning, cooking, and presenting a variety of hot and cold items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events across service lines.

Shifts start at 5:00 AM and end around 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with every other weekend and occasional holidays. A team-based, patient-focused environment awaits you.

• Proven ability to prepare and present a variety of hot and cold foods.
• Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends.

Pay Range

$19.68 - $26.49

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
