Qualifications

• At least 2 years culinary experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills.
• Must follow recipes and weigh/measure ingredients.
• Food Handler certification or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently prepare all menu items as directed with limited supervision.
• Work on an outlet hot/cold line and maintain timing for service.
• Maintain prep sheets and station guides; manage time for service.
• Operate culinary equipment safely and correctly.
• Present plates to meet specifications.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Attend department meetings and trainings.
