Hyatt's team in Chapel Hill is seeking an enthusiastic Line Cook 2 to join our morning crew and help deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will work at a single station, rely on solid cooking fundamentals, and collaborate with teammates to maintain quality and pace.

We value teamwork, attention to detail, and a professional approach to guest service. This is a full‑time kitchen role with opportunities to grow within a renowned hospitality organization.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and a positive attitude.
• At least 3 months of line cook experience preferred.
• Culinary degree or hotel kitchen experience is a plus.
• Solid foundation in basic cooking techniques.
• Ability to work a single station and buffet-style meals.
• Genuine desire to serve others and contribute to a collaborative kitchen.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification preferred.

Intermediate Line Cook

An intermediate line cook requires good communication and culinary skills. The desired cook candidate will have hotel cooking experience. An intermediate cook should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. Intermediate cook will work single stations in the kitchen and require limited supervision and training.
