$16.00 - $21.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

With more than 200 dishes made fresh from scratch every day, our line cooks are passionate about fresh quality ingredients, great technique and delicious, memorable food. Line cooks use a wide range of cooking methods and kitchen tools to make our dishes perfect. Although our restaurants are busy and our standards are high, you’ll love our team spirit, commitment to having fun, and the positive feedback from guests about our food.

Your Background:

• Strong technique: excellent knife skills and a variety of cooking methods
• Attention to detail: precise with weights, measurements, and volumes
• Cleanliness and organization: know where everything is and keep your workspace tidy
• Team player: able to work well with others to keep the kitchen running smoothly
• Physical ability: stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and bend, reach, and twist comfortably
• Experience: at least 6 months as a line cook in a full-service restaurant is preferred; if less experienced, consider applying for a Prep Cook position
• Age requirement: at least 18 years old
