Compensation Range

$18.00 - $23.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

With more than 200 dishes made fresh from scratch every day, our line cooks are passionate about fresh quality ingredients, great technique, and delicious, memorable food. They use a wide range of cooking methods and kitchen tools to make our dishes perfect. Despite the busy environment and high standards, our team spirit and commitment to having fun shine through, along with glowing guest compliments about our food.

Your Background:

• Great technique: strong knife skills and a range of cooking methods
• Attention to detail: knowledge of weights, measurements, and volumes
• Cleanliness and organization: knowing where everything is, and keeping everything in its place
• Team player: collaboration is essential to keep our kitchens running smoothly
• Physical ability: comfortable standing for extended periods, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and capable of bending, reaching, and twisting
• Experience: at least 6 months as a line cook in a full-service restaurant preferred (consider Prep Cook if less experienced)
• Age requirement: at least 18 years old
