$16.35 - $22.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

With more than 200 dishes made fresh from scratch every day, our line cooks are passionate about quality ingredients, technique, and delicious, memorable food. They utilize a variety of cooking methods and kitchen tools to ensure each dish is perfect. Despite the busy environment and high standards, our team spirit and focus on fun, along with guest compliments, make the experience rewarding.

Your Background:

• Strong technique: knife skills and a range of cooking methods
• Attention to detail: knowledge of weights, measurements, and volumes
• Cleanliness and organization: maintaining a tidy and efficient workspace
• Team player: collaboration is essential
• Physical ability: standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and bending, reaching, and twisting
• Experience: at least 6 months as a line cook in a full-service restaurant preferred (consider Prep Cook if less experienced)
• Minimum age: 18 years old
