Compensation Range

$16.50 - $23.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

With more than 200 dishes made fresh from scratch every day, our line cooks are passionate about fresh quality ingredients, great technique, and delicious, memorable food. Line cooks use a wide range of cooking methods and kitchen tools to make our dishes perfect. Despite our busy restaurants and high standards, you'll enjoy our team spirit, fun environment, and positive guest feedback about our food.

Your Background:
  • Great technique: strong knife skills and a range of cooking methods
  • Attention to detail: knowledge of weights, measurements, and volumes
  • Cleanliness and organization: knowing where everything is and keeping everything in its place
  • Team player: ability to work collaboratively to keep the kitchen running smoothly
  • Physical ability: standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and bending, reaching, and twisting
  • Experience: at least 6 months as a line cook in a full-service restaurant preferred (consider Prep Cook if less experience)
  • Minimum age: 18 years old
