Responsibilities

• Provide excellent quality and presentation of all food to guests in a timely manner.
• Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food at line stations for smooth service.
• Follow item specifications, including preparation, execution, and presentation.
• Comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and safety policies.
• Maintain sanitation and prevent food contamination.
• Keep work stations clean and organized.
• Assist in daily cleaning and report maintenance needs.
• Follow all departmental and restaurant policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant or culinary experience in a high-volume setting preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Food Handler Certification (if applicable).
• Trained in knife skills and kitchen equipment usage.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to build positive relationships with diverse personalities.
