Qualifications

  • At least 6 months as a line cook in a full-service restaurant preferred.
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Compensation Range

$15.50 - $20.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

With more than 200 dishes made fresh from scratch every day, our line cooks are passionate about fresh quality ingredients, great technique and delicious, memorable food. Line cooks use a wide range of cooking methods and kitchen tools to make our dishes perfect. Our restaurants are busy with high standards, but you’ll enjoy our team spirit, commitment to fun, and positive guest feedback.

Your Background:
  • Great technique: strong knife skills and a range of cooking methods
  • Attention to detail: knowledge of weights, measurements, and volumes
  • Cleanliness and organization: knowing where everything is and keeping everything in its place
  • Team player: collaboration is essential to keep kitchens running smoothly
  • Physical requirements: able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and bend, reach, and twist regularly
  • Experience: at least 6 months as a line cook in a full-service restaurant preferred (consider Prep Cook if less experienced)
  • Minimum age: 18 years old
