This is a full-time on-site role for a Line Cook located in Wilmington, MA. The Line Cook will be responsible for the daily preparation of food items in the pantry, fry, sauté, grill, and other stations as required. Tasks include cooking and preparing menu items according to recipes, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, ensuring that all food is stored and prepared according to food safety guidelines, and working with the kitchen team to ensure that all orders are completed in a timely manner. The Line Cook will also assist with inventory and restocking supplies as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience in cooking and food preparation
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Prior experience as a line cook or similar role preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Culinary school training is a plus
