Position: Line Cook
The Cooper's Hawk Line Cook plays a vital role in our success, responsible for preparing and executing food in various stations including pantry, fry, grill, broil, and sauté. This role is essential in delivering a positive experience to our guests.
Compensation: $15 - $22 / Hr

What You'll Do:
- Maintain quality standards by preparing recipes to specification
- Follow recipes, manage portion control, and presentation standards
- Set up and restock stations as needed
- Use the KDS system effectively for managing cook times
- Assist with cleaning and sanitation of kitchen and storage areas
- Maintain equipment in excellent condition
- Communicate professionally with Managers and Team Members
- Follow operational checklists and procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What You'll Need:
- Alignment with Cooper's Hawk Values
- At least 18 years old
- Minimum 6 months line cook experience in upscale casual dining or similar environment
- Team-oriented attitude
- Professional cooking skills and knife proficiency with cut-glove
- Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions clearly
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for up to 10 hours
- Comfort working in wet, hot, noisy conditions
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in English
