Qualifications

We look for people who:

  • Have experience in at least one station: Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill.
  • Experience in multiple stations is a plus.
  • Have at least 6 months of experience in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Are flexible to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
  • Exhibit exceptional knife skills.
  • Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can read and execute recipes accurately.
  • Have a passion for making great food and presenting quality dishes.

What you will be doing:

  • Preparing and cooking a variety of menu items using various equipment and techniques.
  • Following portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and safety procedures.
  • Stocking and maintaining food levels at stations.
  • Portioning food according to standards.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Executing proper plate presentation and garnishing.
  • Handling, storing, and rotating products properly.
  • Assisting in food prep during off-peak times.
  • Opening and closing the kitchen following checklists.
  • Following hygiene and food safety rules.
  • Communicating proactively to resolve operational issues.
  • Being flexible during shifts for smooth operations.
