TwinCreeks in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Cook to join our food and beverage team. You will assist with food preparation, maintain sanitary kitchen areas, and support efficient service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include food prep, inventory handling, quality control, and teamwork with the Manager and staff to ensure guest satisfaction and timely service.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare orders accurately in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment

• Receive and store inventory using FIFO method
• Stock and prep as needed
• Monitor food quality to meet company standards
• Maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and dining areas
• Clean equipment, tables, and floors
• Monitor stock levels and notify manager for restock needs

As a Cook and member of the TwinCreeks team, you will be working under the direction of the Manager of Food and Beverage. Your job duties will range from cleaning, inventory, and preparation of food items in a timely, efficient, sanitary manner.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare orders accurately in a timely manner and fast-paced environment.
• Organize food prep areas for fast efficient service.
• Prep orders to fit business and quality standards as well as customer needs
• Receive and store all food and beverage inventory according to the First In, First Out method
• Responsible for stocking and prep
• Monitor food quality to ensure it stays within company standards.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary environment within the kitchen, walk-in coolers, etc.
• Clean equipment, tables, windows and floors within the dining space
• Monitor stock levels and provide Manager with restock needs on a timely basis.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work during the day, evenings, or weekends as determined by supervisor.
• Required to work flexible schedule based on the needs of the business.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service

Special Physical Requirements of the Job/Working Conditions:

• Routinely required to work extended hours of time including weekdays/nights, and weekends.
• Must be able to move quickly to assist customers.
• Reach for high placed boxes and items, handle or feel objects or controls, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and climb stairs.
• Routinely lift or move up to 50 pounds at least 40% of the time.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Routinely exposed to extreme hot/cold weather conditions, dust and particles, and loud noises.
