Chula Seafood South Scottsdale is seeking hardworking AM & PM Line Cooks to join our Fish Fam. In a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen, you will prep and execute our chef-driven menu with attention to detail and respect for the product.

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with hands-on training, medical benefits after 60 days for full-time staff, and opportunities for advancement in a growing Arizona-grown company known for its seafood excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of line cook or similar kitchen experience preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume kitchen.
• Seafood experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll teach you the fish!

About The Role

As a Line Cook at Chula Seafood, you’ll work alongside our culinary team to execute our chef-driven menu with consistency, quality, and attention to detail. From prep and station setup to working the line during a busy service, you’ll be part of a kitchen that values great food, clean execution, teamwork, and respect for the product. This is a hands-on position with more fresh seafood than you’ll know what to do with.

Chula Seafood is a family-owned, Arizona-grown seafood company founded in 2015 with a mission to bring responsibly sourced, high-quality seafood to the desert. Our South Scottsdale restaurant opened in 2016 as the very first Chula Seafood location, and nearly a decade later, it remains an important part of who we are and where our story began.
