Job summary

Chula Seafood Downtown is opening in Phoenix and is hiring a Line Cook to join the opening kitchen team. You’ll execute menu items, work all stations, and help maintain a clean, efficient station.

We’re seeking 1+ year kitchen experience (trainable), a strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude. Competitive hourly pay plus tips, medical benefits after 60 days for full-time staff, PTO, discounts, and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• 1+ year kitchen experience preferred (we’re willing to train the right person).
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Execute menu items with consistency, speed, and attention to detail.
• Work all stations as needed (grill, fry, cold, prep).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Support prep and daily kitchen setup/breakdown.
• Communicate clearly with team members during service.
• Show up ready to work and contribute to a positive kitchen culture.
