Description

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for maintaining high food quality and safety standards, supporting a clean and organized workstation, and collaborating with team members. We believe our success is driven by our people and offer opportunities for personal and professional growth in a fun, inclusive environment.

Reports To: Chef

Schedule: Part-time, hourly, non-exempt. Hours vary weekly, likely including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Punctuality, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence
  • Reliability, responsibility, honesty, and team support
  • Adherence to safety, hygiene, and food quality standards
  • Proper food handling, cooking, and presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
  • Assist in food prep and station setup/breakdown
  • Attend team meetings and be receptive to feedback and cross-training
  • Perform other duties as needed based on business requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and move for up to 5 hours
  • Ability to reach, bend, lift up to 50 pounds
